Ok, so I know I *rarely* post journal entries but I feel this one is necessary. For those of you who've known me for more than a few days , you know that I am a big fan of francophone singer Bruno Pelletier. Over the past 16 months since my father's death he and his music have been a great help for me and I wanted to find a way to thank him. I spoke to him last month after one of his concerts and asked if he would mind me auctioning off two autographed photos with all proceeds going to the charity of his choice. I told him I would have the photos (5x7 sized) professionally framed at my own expense. He agreed to it and told me to choose he charity, that he trusted me. I recently got the framed pictures back and put them up on eBay. (There is a reserve, but it is about half what I paid to have each piece framed.)

I have decided all proceeds will go to La Fondation Rêve d’Enfants. Please take the time to stop by (and bid!) – this is for a great charity!
